The support begins with a one-month scoping phase to understand your context in depth. The minimum 3-month commitment allows us to lay the foundations and measure initial results. Beyond that, the collaboration continues month by month.

Arkad+ is our suite of proprietary tools, built in-house to address recurring client needs. It includes Arkad+ Docs (automatic generation of branded PDF documents) and Arkad+ Connect (professional NFC business cards). Every new tool we develop is automatically available to all Arkad 360 clients, at no extra cost.
The volume is defined together based on your needs: from 1 to 4 days per month depending on the chosen plan. Each plan includes the monthly steering committee, reporting and availability between sessions.
Yes. After the initial 3-month commitment, the support continues month by month with one month's notice. You can adjust the volume or stop freely.
We complement your team, not replace it. If you already have a technical lead, we bring an external strategic perspective. If you don't, we play that advisory role in the meantime.
Each plan includes availability between sessions for emergencies and decisions. We commit to a maximum 24 business-hour response time.
Yes. If a project identified during the support requires a dedicated engagement, we offer a supplementary quote with preferential terms for support clients.
